Make a habit of shutting off AC shortly before getting to your daily destinations. Usually turning off AC automatically switches to fresh outside air also.

Why is it that nearly every G35 has this problem? I've never owned a vehicle that has this issue? Any techs want to chime in on how the system is designed and how it contributes to this issue?

Anyone have any experience with cleaning sprays/solutions that to mitigate/eliminate the odor entirely?

Ive read that there is foam surrounding the condenser and that this is really the root of the problem—although I'm not versed in automobile HVAC to really know if that is true or not.
I read somewhere that it might be a evaporator issue. Evaporator that have horizontal fins do not let water run off of them and start to stink, evaporator with vertical fins eliminate this problem cuz water runs off of them. G 35 has a evaporator with horizontal fins.

You get condensation from using an AC so once you done using it (pulling up home or work) simply crank up the heat and turn on windshield defrost. This will run heater and AC at the same time and dry out the condensation. No moisture=> no bacteria=> no other growths=> no smell.
Exactly. It's most likely mold from condensation. There are ways to clean it to kill the smell. Bottom line is try to keep it dry after each use and you'll never have the problem again.

Thanks Joker.
