I think bc coilover are the best right now. I am order mine in a couple of weeks. I think you should go 2 to 2.5 drop. Miami roads are crazy too. Thaty goal. Just remember to get a camber lot for your rear.

I say definitely do it right the first time and go with coils. However as ^^ said then you need to look at camber kits as well. Can't make any suggestions on what brands until I know your budget.
BC coilovers here. No complaints at all. Camber arms in rear are a MUST. Running stock up front and dont have any irregular tire wear. Rears on the other hand, will be chewed up in a matter of months without camber arms and toe bolts
Got all my stuff from Charles @ B2AutoDesigns... PM him

Really vague... How low are you looking to go? Are you looking for the adjustability of coils? Price range?? Camber kits???

BC Racing actually built a TA G35 a few years ago and it took 1st/2nd place in a few different events. There was a great DSPORT issue on it. Needless to say, BC Racing would be one of the better options for our cars with respect to coilovers.
Megan tracks here. BTW- bc uses the same pistons as megan
. Go coils and be over it. Running 19x9.5 +0 in the front and -6 in the back ( +25mm spacers all around) all around on 235/35r19. No irregular tire chewing at all. Lowest possible drop all four corners. Too lazy to check camber, toe, caster alignment settings
