Grounding kit did nothing for my 03 but the Transgo shift kit sure did.

Right.. i know what u are talking about.. To be honest with u.. first gear sucks in the AT (yes i have an AT).

For example if u are in second and u are decreasing the speed more than 5 mph (meaning u are doing about 10 to 15 mph). IMO leave the car in second if u know u want to "get on it" (mean speed) off. I notice the RPM's are high, but the transmission has not caught up to that speed.. that is when u feel the delay.. So leave it in second.. then hit the gas u wont feel as much delay, but the delay is still there because the gear as not "caught" up to the speeds (rpms) that the motor is turning at.

Unless you get the shift kit. Then it's spontaneous on each shift. So much so that it breaks tires and necks if you're not ready.

I even changed my diff fluid to see if that would take some out the delay out of it.. (its prolly all in my head, but I think .5 seconds of the delay is gone) lol
