Best Rims on my G
#7
Nope, pics aren't working for me, sorry.
But uhh, there are like a billion things for you to choose from. From cheap XXR's to the more expensive forged stuff. Taste varies from person to person, although many like the deep dish setup. Browse pics, ask for names of rims if needed, and yeah. There's all kinds of stuff. Deep dish, step lips, concave, and mixtures. Some like to go 18's, some like to go 20's, some stretch and some don't. I'm not a wheel expert, so I can't help you much, but welcome to the community! And I noticed you're in Washington State, too. woo haha.

Haha you're like the first person i've seen from Washington! So some go with 18 and some 20, I plan on sticking with 19's so that its easier.... that's fine right? I don't see why it wouldn't I'm just wondering why you left out 19. And I've seen people using the terminology "stretched", what exactly does that mean? The stock rims it comes with are "forged", are forged better durability, lighter? Also is it best to get one piece or two piece? Sorry for all the questions lol.

Take some time and dig through the pic forums to see what you like. I think that Ive been through every one of the large posts pertaining to wheels at least once (some several times). Wheels make or break the car, and they add a personal touch so find a set that really stands out to you.
Stretched you asked?

Although sedans run a higher offset,(for the most part) getting idea's for wheels still applies.

Those will help you decide on the look you want. There are more, but those will get you started..
Also, check this post for more local stuff.

I never could see any of your pictures. But if you have the forged 19" Rays, I would not change rims. Taste varies as far as looks and I'm not in love with them myself and they are a PITA to clean. But, they are very strong and very light. You will have to spend big bucks to get a rim of that quality. You might find something prettier for a lot less but not a rim that performs as well.
