I have a 2004 coupe my driver side window isn't functioning. Im not sure if its the motor or not it used to go up and down but slowly. i tried to reset it today following the DIY on driver. however now it doesn't function at all. any suggestions or am going to have to buy a new motor.

I bought a motor for mine because I was having the same problems as you, the window only works sometimes. I now have a bigger issue with my engine and need money to pay for that.

I paid $200 for the window motor brand new, I will sell it for less than tht if you're interested, let me know.

SOMETIMES, if you slam the door a few times it will work for a little bit, then go back out.

Make an offer. I'll work with ya

I have this issue with mine. It usually doesn't close correctly. The way for me to make it roll down is to open the door with the car on, hold the down on the window, then close the door. Has anyone found a fix for this?

hey kid..any luck with your motor and head gasket issues. Also if you search on the forums you could have got the window motor for less than $120 shipped. Also keep in mind SEDAN WINDOW MOTOR IS DIFFERENT FROM COUPE.

Maybe your window motor is dirty and needs cleaning or replacement

Best price on new unit

Man honestly, I just want to say thanks, you've helped me out since day 1.

But I havent done anything yet, I havent even drove it, so everything is still the same. I really don't even know what to do. I'm not sure if its a head gasket.. any test's I can get to trackdown the problem?
