Rumbling noise from front wheels

I got a noise for y'all if anyone can he'll me out it would be nice...every one and a while I hear a popping noice coming from the front of the car when I turn have no clue what it I've looked with wheels and eventing seems to look fine so what would be causing the popping noise?

Rumbling noise at slow speeds is tire cupping. It is usually especially prominent when braking and slowing to a stop as the mass of the vehicle pitches forward and applies more weight to the front tires. Usually a loud whoom-whoom-whoom sound that decreases in frequency as you slow and come to a stop.

Thanks everyone for your input. It was a bad wheel bearing. So I replaced my front wheel hub w/bearing assembly and it fixed the issue. I only had to replace one side the otherside was still good. I have an extra Hub w/bearing if anyone is interested in buying it off of me. I didn't replace the other side because why fix it if it aint broke? You know what I mean?
I'll Let it go for $100 +shipping I paid over $200 for both...
