ok you have several things.
1) check both side locks and windows this is a VERY common prob on the G's make sure it works effortless and is no hesitation.
2) i believe sumthing with the A/C Control sticking... do some research on this
3) Tires Feathering. Check the tire threads from both the outter side and put your hand all the way inside and check the threads. If this is happening the tire on the inner side will be alot shorter resulting in shaking , noises, bad tires.
4) There is no Oil consumption prob in the 03-04's Only 05+ have that.
5) Have the car lifted and have an inspection done. You will get alot of answers there.
The rest is normal stuff. These are some of the main stuff to look for. Others add also if there are stuff i left out.

Good luck buying. I waited 1 yr for my G an 04 MT with Brembos Couldnt be happier

1. Valve cover: check by valve covers on both sides to inspect for obvious oil leakage. Ideal would be to take each coil pack out and look into the spark plug chamber 1 by 1, but I don't think they're gonna let you do that.
2. If its a bose, check to make sure the radio takes and plays and ejects cds.
3. Agree with above: inspection from under for compression rod bushing/control arm issues
4. Check for axle click on test drive, use search fxn to get to the thread on the forums.

4) There is no Oil consumption prob in the 03-04's Only 05+ have that.
I have an '03 and can say that I have definitely had a problem with oil consumption. I performed an oil consumption test and was down almost 3 quarts after 1500 miles (and no oil leaks). If you have any suspicions of this, I would do a compression test and a leakdown test on the engine.

As for other issues, I have also had a problem with the stock radio. The climate controls are integrated with the radio controls and I had to have the entire head unit replaced because it was malfunctioning. The previous owner of the car had it replaced himself. I've heard that I'm not the only one with this issue, that others have experienced a voltage leak.

On my car, I also had an issue with the window solenoid, the rack and pinion, the water pump and the bushings in the front suspension. I can't say if my car's other issues are typical.
