When I was killing rattles in my 05, I had all the rear interior strippid out. My buddy rode in the back on the sheet metal to pinpoint any noises. Problem solved.

It might be the rear axle click TSB. Does it do it anytime you start to move from a stop as well?

Have you tried having a passenger... preferably one that is a midget, crawl around in the back seat of your car as you're driving to try to identify the precise location of the noise?

I thought I had a noise in the back of my car.... which I presumed to be a worn bushing on the suspension somewhere, but I ended up find out that it was just a Mag-Lite in the cargo net in my trunk that was bumping against the rear panel of the car occasionally under hard acceleration or when going over speed bumps. I wrapped the Mag-lite in a towel and it doesn't do it anymore. I'm just trying to point out the obvious, in case you may have missed it while looking for a more problem-based cause for the noise.

If you can narrow it down to a more specific location, it would make things a lot easier for you to find the cause as well as for others to speculate on potential causes. Enlist the help of friends for this one(preferably hot petite chicks, or Midgets if you can't find any of those)!
