I would like to know what part was changed since it seems I have the same issue you experienced. Is the relay located on the switch itself therefore the dealer replace the whole switch panel, or was it a component that attaches to the underside of the window switch. Thanks!

If I understand you correctly, yes you can do that. Take out the motor and plug it with the power wire and when you press up or down if the spindle spins it usually means the motor is working. But after you put it back in if the window is still struggling to close and open it means it's the power fuse/relay

They replaced the components underneath the switch not the whole panel. And that's where it's located. Underneath the panel you could see it if you take it out
