04 with 76k, starting to burn off oil like crazy, but still a daily driver!

 

I just bought a 2007 Q35x with 77k miles on it.

Super nice car for the age.

It has a lot of power and handles great.

Any suggestions on what I need to look out for to keep it in top notch shape?

 

132000, 2006 G35 Coupe Always garaged. Starting to fall apart: trunk release won't work, rear differential humming, hard shifting, dash cracking all over, trunk clear coat bubbling, driver's seat coming apart, steering wheel peeling. But I love the car. Sorry it may be time to say bye bye.

1. Hello I have a 2013 g37 coupe nd my flywheel broke so I had replaced it but after replacing I noticed I was leaking transmission oil so we brought down the transmission nd figured it was the torque converter seal we replaced that and put it back on nd we turned the car on when it started leaking again so we brought it back down then seen the torque converter was cracked so then we replaced the torque converter then put it back on nd still was leaking so finally I replaced the whole transmission hoping it will solve my problem and I still leaked can someone help me out with some pointers please or if have experienced something like this ?

Original owner here as well ('04 6MT Coupe), but unfortunately mine has 137,000 miles due to it being my DD in the early years of ownership.

 

I was originally a member of 6mt.net but when I recently went to it - it was dead, so I migrated here

 

Checking in to this forum and holding on at 209,250 miles. Still looking good, but no longer gonna be a garage queen--need to make room for a new ride.

 

2003 132,000 Manual coupe . At this age, I feel like it is one of those deciding moment for many of us, keep it and refresh it all, use it until dies, sell it off as the 3 choices.

I decided to get one and refresh it. Just go through it, new shocks, springs, clutch, wheels, hoses, fix dents, replace steering wrap, etc.

Overall I think if these haven't been abused, still have a good chunk of life left in them.

They seem to still look modern, drive comfortably, and still enough grunt to enjoy driving.

 

2004 G35 Coupe 6/MT 75,000

 

Just picked up my third one after letting my last one go 6 years ago.found myself a black 04 Coupe Premium package with 78k miles.

 

Took my ride for the annual state inspection and some costly repairs are needed in order to pass.

I knew this day would come and I am preparing to part with my ride after 19 years and 209,470 miles.

 

Out of curiosity, what state, and what deficiencies?
