I live in MD and we only need to get inspected once and that's when you buy or sell the car . I really don't care about smell whatever it takes to prepare for a single turbo setup im all for it . I know for a fact i dont want the rasp sound and i want some thing that will go good with my stock exhaust .
I live in MD too and you still have to have emissions testing and if they spot the test pipes you will fail.Luckily im so low they cant see the test pipes and i have always passed.

No ****. Its a straight pipe. But none will yield nearly 30 lb/ft down low and an additional 5-6 HP in the mid to high RPMs. And that's on TOP of regular test pipes.

I'm thinking about buying ART Pipes for my car because I just switched back to the stock exhaust. How much louder will the stock exhaust be from just ART Pipes?
For reference, I am coming from an HKS replica which imo was loud as sh*t!

In my opinion. Get the HFC or don't change them at all.

Unless your car is boosted, there's no reason to stink your car up and possibly get a modified smog ticket with a test pipe.

Several members here have F1 HFCs you can either go with them or ART pipes and swap your OE cats back in when you need to renew your regestration....a few choices just not BERK'S!
