Looking for some replacement tanks.

Seems like the weapon r tanks are out of the question. NRG got some fairly decent reviews but I couldn't find any for sale.

The one I am really interested in is the mishimoto one. Here's the link,

Check this site's vendor list for G35 specific tanks. Round or square.

I highly recommend Sean's (SxExCx) tanks. You can get them from here: I've run Sean's PS tank for a couple years now since it was first released.

I've also heard great feedback on the NRG PS tank.

 

The SxExCx ones are the best, but I also don't have enough money invested in my bay to justify spending that much. I just want to replace the ones I have with cleaner looking ones while not overly spending. The mishimoto ones are clean and also the radiator tank looks slimmer that I may be able to fit a catch can next to it with little mod.

By the way I have seen some hoses with steel braiding on them, does anyone think that it might cause problems with electrolysis? you know having metal around coolant that's traveling to a different type of metal? Just a thought, not sure if I am right.

 

Regardless of which cans you buy (Seans or Mishimoto) there's room for three. Braded steel line/hose, what you see is just the outside, inside all that glitz is a rubber hose. I dislike braded steel hoses, focus should be on the engine that's why I use high quality rubber hoses....but that's just me! Gary

 

where can i get ss braided lines for the mishimoto catch can?

 

Hmm. By any chance you running 3 cans in that area? If so, can I get a picture please?

I actually had my eye on the black silicon hoses but the braided hoses looked decent too. I am thinking silver/chrome and black theme for my bay.

And since I am too chicken to do a wire tuck, I am going to sleeve the cables with some computer sleevings like this
