You should be rude about it rudeboy. Go to the judge and say "I have my rights to drive as fast as I can on the freeway cuz its a FREEway." "If you don't like it throw me in jail but I will never admit I did anything wrong. Up your tight butt!"

Don't stress too much about it. Lots of people get caught over 100. Show the judge some remorse (pretend if you have to) and ask for it to be lowered to <100. Then pay the tix and do some traffic school.

to be honest with you, the fine is the last of your worries. if the ticket stays on your record, your insurance premiums are going to sky-rocket. my cousin got busted doing 100+ on highway 5. i don't remember how much the fine was but he now pays about $800 per month for insurance for his 2004 honda accord SEDAN!!! he's also 31 years old. so if you're under 25, expect to pay even higher.

bottomline, get a lawyer and hope for the best.
