Thanks man for the info. So I went looking under the car and the compression rod bushing on the wheel side looks ok but the other side doesn't seem to have much bushing left. Same goes for control arm.
Here are some pics:
Control arm centered but where's the bushing?

Compression and control arm (although you can't see the control arm completely) All of the ends on this side looked fine:

Other side of the compression rod. You can't see it that well but I couldn't feel much of a bushing:

I have bad front right lower control arm bushings but i dont know if it is the inner or outer? and is their a difference?
