Negative about the Z tube?
I have heard alot of good thing about the Z tube. is there anything bad about it? Does it have problem with the A/C host? And for last, can I just install it without having the performance filter?
I know there are alot of Z tube topic, but i get confuse with the pop charger. Is the pop charger mess up the A/C host or is it the Z tube?
Thank you so much.

ok. z tube you can install without the pop charger.
the pop charger is what some say is too close to the ac line. but that is a quick fix because you can just take a zip tie and pull the ac line back a little and zip tie it......pretty simple~ hope that helpS~
and no negatives about the z tube. just increases air flow. nice little mod.

Grubbs has the K&N filter for only $35. Plus, you only have to clean and re-oil it every 15,000 miles (if my memory serves me right- if this interval is incorrect someone correct me), or you can just install a whole new one every 15,000 miles if you're too lazy to clean and re-oil it with the K&N cleaning kit ($13).

BTW, I looked at the DIY of the Z tube, it was pretty striaght forward. But the DIY of K&N filter looks a bit confusing. Does anyone have a better DIY of K&N filter.
