Sounds like your clutch. Do you hear any sounds, smell anything burning or feel any strange vibrations in the clutch pedal or transmission shifter when you are engaging the clutch?
Do you do a lot of stop-and-go/city type driving?
Did you have any ominous symptoms indicative of an ensuing problem over the past few weeks?.... or did the clutch all of a sudden just not work one day?

well no it started to get worst and worst, also yes i do feel it, it feels as if there is no way i could possibly stall out because its like there is no pressure giving back when i push the clutch. and the only time i do smell the burning is if i really start to accelerate hard and act like nothing is wrong, and yes i do alot of city driving, i live in gainesville. how much does this usually cost, also if i dont get it done at infiniti is that an issue? are they gonna put some trash clutch in or something? also is there any way of upgrading my clutch, i have an 06 coupe

Well yes you can easily upgrade to a heavier duty clutch like a 6 puck or something along those lines but it will make your car far more difficult to drive and should really be reserved for cars with heavy engine modifications. The stock clutch should generally hold up for much longer than 50k miles. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been driving standard for? It's pretty easy to destroy a clutch if the car is being driven incorrectly.

Do not bring your car to Nissan or Infiniti to have them do a clutch for you. Their labor rates are significantly higher than private mechanics will charge you. More than half of the cost of a clutch replacement is usually spent on labor to install them rather than on buying the actual parts. Clutches aren't that hard of a job either if you have a lift and the right tools, so it's not like your risking screwing up your car by having it worked on by another mechanic.
If I were you, I'd order the new clutch parts yourself and bring them to a private mechanic and have him install them.
