(1) Does this model car have both different and manual transmission fluid?

(2) If so, do both of these fluids need to be changed around every 30k miles?

(3) If this model has both kinds of fluids, and are separate from one another, where are the drain/fill plugs for each? I have seen videos for them but the plugs seem to be the same . . . .

Any clarification is greatly appreciated!
I'll attempt to answer for you:
1) Yes.
Manual Trans uses GL4 75W-85 gear oil. ONLY use a GL4 oil, best option is Nissan MTF from a dealership, another option is Redline MT85. Additives in GL5 (or GL4/5 combo) oils are corrosive to brass parts used in Nissan transmissions.

The Diff uses GL5 80W-90

2) It's preventative maintenance, it wouldn't hurt to change out every 30K miles. You may get differing opinions on interval however (I think others go longer than 30k).

3) Not sure what you're asking here. Drain plugs are on the bottom, filler plugs happen to be on the right hand side of both the trans and diff. All four plugs use the same gasket, but the plugs themselves are slightly different.

Any one know where to get the foam inserts that keep the rug up from the trunk besides the dealer?

Will it clear it if you also have a 5/16 spacer? I know that's asking a lot...

I think they do but I'm not 100% sure. It clears one or the other but not sure about both at the same time.

I usually hear good things about the engine strut bar with improvements in handling.

Lol what. A strut bar for our cars is for looks only. Has about as much usefulness as the ironing board out back, has for downforce lolll

Should I start a build thread?

I'm beginning the process of turning my 05 coupe 6mt into a SCCA T3 car. Should I start a thread charting the progress, parts that I've removed, and parts that I've added?

I looked and I only found a drift build thread, which is great, but I figured the more is better, right?

Anyone got a part # for an 04 ashtray/shifter bezel finisher thing for a 6mt? The whole "aluminum" colored piece below the stereo?
