Most body shops just cut what they need off and weld the piece together. If its not too bad you may get away with sanding it to bare metal and painting it all over. I can cut out a piece bigger than your rust spot so the body can give you a nice weld.

that would be great if thats too much troubles from you. do u think the shop will reduce some of the cost since im bringing two pieces(left and right) of metals for welding?

and many thanks btw. i hope they dont weight too much for shipping and handling.

I don't know how that would work. I would say visit a body shop for a repair quote first and then ask them what would be the price if you bring in the piece that needs to be welded. Id give you a deal on the pieces. Shipping shouldn't be much since it is light.

can you post a few pics of the pieces you are talking about? so i can show it to the shop. and you can pm me the price for both left and right with shipping included.
