Pull the trigger on this G

It's a 2004 silver G35....1 owner with 56k miles and it's an automatic. It's a dealer and their asking 12,995 for it. It has a clean carfax, no accidents and was adult driven. It comes with the premium package and LSD. Previous owner installed all wood trim in the interior, other than that all stock. Sounds like a good deal...
Cons: Not stick (which I'm kind of ok with) , dealership has some bad reviews on yelp, and car has been for sale for almost 100 days...price was 15,000, was recently lowered to 12,995 according to cargurus.com Should I pull the trigger on this car???!!!! (Btw I live in Chicago)

If the condition is good (link us to the online post) it should be fine. Price is good at best. I bought an 06 with 90K for 12K. 56K is great mileage one owner is even better!

seems like a fair deal, it doesnt hurt to try and ask them to get it even cheaper. be like id be willing to spend 12 grand, or i have 12 grand cash. me personally i wouldnt buy anything lower then 06/07 due to upgraded interior / exterior but i can see why its at that price with only 56k miles because its the older model? but before buying it i would try to take it to another shop or something to get it checked out just to make sure, as it seems like there sketchy.

yeah upgraded exterior. as in more aggressive front end, nicer tail / headlights. and i like the new spoiler better then the "ironboard" version. i can keep going but dont wanna bore you with real facts since i rarely see you help anybody anyway.

it looks fine i didnt notice anything besides the seats being worn out. i think the reason why its not selling fast is because that wood grain is ugly AF lol. maybe buy it and change it out, or do the carbon fiber vinyl wrap or something lol.

It looks good, silver is a hard color to match the right front fender appears to be a little darker from almost every angle to me. It could be the lighting, open the hood and look to see if there is evidence of any bolt removal and installation. Typically if a bolt is removed a washer mark is left behind, evidence of some position shifting. With 56K the brake and accelerator pedals should not be heavily worn. Check for oil leaks coming from the valve covers, consider the tire and brake wear. make sure you check EVERYTHING electrical, windows, sun roof, wipers and washer, defrost heated seats etc. Every little find becomes a negotiating point. Check all the trim, lights and wheel wells, for paint over spray and tape masking off. If there is, this would raise a flag for me. Also don't forget taxes and dealers fees, this all adds to the cost. If at the end your happy !Pull that Trigger! Good luck.

I will definetly check everything. I also noticed the color difference on one of the fenders so I will address that too...thanks for the help!
