To drop/leak a couple of drops of oil every once in a while? Just wondering. I changed the valve covers and gaskets and changed the oil too recently. It still leaks a few drops here n there.

It's not normal for any car to leak oil. Have you checked the regular things like oil filter gasket..oil drain plug etc

Yeah, changed everything when I changed the oil. Any way it could be coming from the pan?

it prob is coming from the pan. but get under the car and give it a good looking over. you may have to wipe all the oil off the pan and check it again in a day to really see where it is coming from.

Did you do the valve cover and gasket work yourself or did you have it done by someone else? Was sealant used in the areas called out by the Service Manual?

My dad did it. He works on cars. We seen it coming from the oil pan and he wiped it down but still can figure out where it's coming from.

Ask your Dad if he used sealant where it is recommended by the manufacturer. When the valve cover gaskets are replaced, wet sealant has to be used in certain corners, if he did not use it, then it will leak down and could lead you to think your pan is leaking. Don't want to insult Dad as I am one my self, ask him if he torqued the valve covers to the recommended values and in the proper sequence? Again, these are questions that need to be asked and they mean no harm, just trying to help.
