AC/Heat not working - not blowing any air

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with my 03 coupe...the issue is intermittent.

There's no air at all blowing out of the vents for my Heat/AC. The button and controls are registering so I don't think it's an electrical thing or anything related to the center console unit. Sometimes it will turn on while I'm driving after 15-20 mins. It's freezing here, -20C, need this fixed asap

I heard it can be the relay to the blower motor. Can it be anything else? Does anyone have a diagram and OEM part number for the relay? My mechanic has never heard of this or replaced such a part.

Thanks!

The heat is related directly to the Temp of the coolant
If the car is cold, the Heater isn't going to work until it reach the normal working Temp as i know

I'm new on this car so I'm not an expert, but check the coolant lines that goes behind the dashboard, maybe there's the issue

Is the fan actually spinning during the times when it's not blowing heat or A/C but you're just not getting any air through the vents? It should be obvious if it's spinning or not based on the sound as you crank up the speed.

It's possible that your cabin filter is really clogged, or maybe some liquid got onto it and keeps freezing anytime it's really cold, thus preventing air from flowing through it. If you turn the heat on and leave it on for like 10 minutes, will anything eventually come out of the vents?

Also... are you sure that no air is coming out of any of the vents? Check to make sure that it's not blowing out of the front window defogger, or down on your feet only instead of out from the dash-mounted vents that blow towards your torso. It's possible that the electronics that control where the vents blow are blown and it's stuck in the wrong position. You should be able to hear an electric motor move if you listen closely as you switch between the different vent positions (feet, defog, dash, etc).

Im having the same problem. My 07 sedan wont blow out any air from any of the vents, this pass summer i replaced the blower motor, relay, put in antifreeze & checked compressor. I even changed the climate control but nothing. When i push the auto button i hear like a click but thats it. What else could it be? QUOTE=ddzc;6967346]Hi all,

Need help

Can anyone tell me if they've been having the same problem & what was the result? My 07 sedan is not blowing out any air from any of the vents. I've replaced the blower motor and relay & when I push the auto button I hear a click coming from under the hood but that's it. Could it be electrical issues?

Are you sure you replaced the relay? It's located BEHIND the Fuse Block - J/B cabin fuse box. There will be 2-4 relays depending on your exact vehicle, one of them is for the blower motor and this is usually the culprit.
