trunk wont open

trunk wont open

My trunk is fully functional with the remote, but won't open with the button inside the car. Would that be a fuse problem or what? Any suggestions?

check the switch inside the glove box

Or pull pull down the plastic panel under the steering wheel and make sure its plugged in.
