Toyota and Nissan are expanding their recalls of vehicles with airbags. Anyone know if that will include our model G35?

I've heard lots of rumours about this, but no letter from my dealership and not a lot of info on here

Is the G part of the recall?
What models?
When can we get it replaced?

 

Your answer is in the previous post which is why he offered the information! No the G isn't part of the recall...yet! If and when it is, Nissan will notify you and we'll post a thread letting you know when and where.

Just curious why these recalls are currently isolated to the manly the Southern states? With the G and most Infiniti models, are they mostly all imported from Japan?

 

Cause of failure is high humidity leading to corrosion leading to metal part failure.

 

Yep no open Recalls on the G and also tried the my M's vin no open recalls on that either.
