Borla exhaust

Hello friends . My g35 is equipped with full borla exhaust along with a stillen supercharger. When I get on it , the whine sounds great but the stealthy borla exhaust does not entirely compliment the all around sound it could have. I wanted to delete the borla exhaust and just get a custom pipe to replace it.
What's yall opinions on the muffler delete? I want my car to be loud but also don't want it so sound like a fart can.

Borla was my third exhaust of five, two were sponsored so I didn't mind selling them since they sucked. Borla quality and sound leave a lot to be desired! With muffler delete you'll just have a lot of noise, kinda like the fart cannon you mentioned. Either go with HKS or one of Motordynes exhaust systems for quality and perfect sound without rasp!

IMO you need to hear a muffler delete (As with any exhaust, really) in person to decide if you like it. Luckily you can just unbolt the muffler and find out. It sounds nothing like a fart can.

See, thats I'm thinking as well. My buddy has stock exhaust and with a muffler delete, the car sounded better than my exhaust at idle and a fly by. Im hoping that since the Borla exhaust is a notable exhaust, the muffler delete will make it sound more aggressive.

I say go for it. It will certainly be louder. I would think it would sound better then your friends but only one way to find out! There are threads on here of people removing mufflers even on the most expensive quality exhausts. But there's talk of losing low end torque.

OEM catalytic converters? Cat-back exhausts aren't the only way to make the car louder.
