I know, dead horse proverb......That's because I already have OEM fluid in there and it's still causing the clash in the morning. But point taken, I will do it with all OEM fluid first just in case the dealer put something else inside before I start the witches brew. Honestly, all Synchromesh is is a 5W-30 GL-4 oil slightly thinner than the 75W OEM fluid with the detergents removed and some modifiers added. I'll ask my shop as well for an opinion.

i could not get mine to go into gear when it was cold...i adjusted my clutch pedal up from the floor. Fixed.

If your shop doesn't focus solely on Nissans they will definitely point you in the wrong direction OP. If I need help I call the aftermarket performance places or there is one Infiniti dealer in Cali with a large performance parts department I don't remember the name of it.

You may not experience it because you have lower mileage, or the driving conditions in your area (weather, length and type of driving, etc).

My 05 with 116k miles has the clutch pedal sticking although the clutch master is brand new (fluid also). In the humid hot weather it starts to happen after a few minutes of driving, esp in the daytime in the city. When the engine is cold and you first start the car (like in the morning), the clutch pedal feels good, but with prolonged driving esp in hot weather it starts to stick halfway.

you know why that happens right? both master and slave cylinders are close to the exhaust manifold...

Now that's interesting. Gotta say I have not experienced this at all. The weather here has already started to cool off. Clutch actually feels very good, grabs quickly but the bite point is very narrow and tough to drive smoothly but I'm improving. Worked flawlessly even in the few hot/humid days we had here last week.

Honestly so far the only issue is the notchy shifting especially when cold. I'm really surprised given the amount of complaints about cold and notchy shift problems on these trannies no one has tried neither GM synchromesh or Castrol Syntorq given these are actually labeled as specifically for 'cold shift problem solving' and given the fact that many Honda/Mitsubishi/Toyota/Subaru with the same issues on other forums have praised them

If that was the case, the clutch pedal will be sticking all the time after the engine has warmed up.

But it doesn't. Mine only sticks on really hot days, and when I'm in stop-n-go traffic. I have a new clutch master cylinder and fresh fluid.

Ever seen a video of a header on a dyno? When u go WOT that usually when it sticks for me. I have a wilwood master and braided cable I still hadnt installed after buying it almost a year ago.
