woulda been better to do on the g37. the g35 is too small imo to pull it off. the gtr is a big car. the g35 look retarded with a g37 conversion. i can only imagine how worse a gtr convert would look on the g35. good luck tho.
as for the gtr not looking that hot to begin with its one of those cars that jus look a lot better in person than in pics imo

For a project like this you have to realize the importance of being able to get a cheap donor car that you can freely hack up and maybe even find replacement parts for abundantly and cheaply. G35 is the better choice in that regard since it's older, cheaper and probably easier to find parts for from scraped cars if needed. Why spend more money on a newer car just to chop it up? The biggest thing for a G37 over a G35 in this regard is the better powerplant and interior, but again it comes at a price that's not worth paying for such a risky project.

I'm talking raw real-life stats here. This isn't some random info I made up.. I actually looked these stats up and compared them prior to posting to validate what I was pretty sure was the case with regard to the dimensions.

Even if it was, we aren't talking about taking actual parts from a GTR and putting them onto a G35. The guy is custom making parts to fit the platform based on the design of the GTR, so he can scale them down to fit if need be. That's the whole idea of the engineering process behind any body kit or kit car pretty much.

What GTR is 300k from a dealer?
Was it two GTRs?
Was it 4 used GTRs?
300,000, $1 hotwheels GTRs?

LOL... I was wondering the same thing when I saw that but forgot to comment on it. Any year GTR whether new or used is usually between $55 to 110K USD. Jesus.. for 300K you're bordering along Lamborghini Aventador territory.
