Single turbo and stage 2 or 3 supercharger kit

I was doing some reading, is it true I can do a single turbo or stage 2 or 3 supercharger setup on the stock internals of my 06 g35 rev up?

Google is your friend. Stock block can handle 400+ whp easily. Look at basically every Vortech kit, they can all achieve over 400 reliably with other supporting mods (plenum spacer, exhaust etc).
