ECM Relay Replacement (urgent)

So I suspect my ECM relay went bad. Rebuilt the motor over the winter, fired her up and it idled fine, did a few restarts while checking items and now it wont start. No power to the coils at all. Checked the ECM fuse and thats fine, only other item in the way is the relay. I have done some digging and Nissan says you have to replace the entire IDPM, but I have seen some talk about guys swapping just the relay from other vehicle models. Does anyone have experience with this? I have to get this running by Thursday to make my tune date, otherwise I cant get tuned until mid July.

Come back in July and let us know how you made out.
The FSM has some good info in the EC section.
Use your multimeter to check all the harness connections.

There is an ignition fuse that might be bad. Four things you need for an engine to run. Spark, fuel, air, and compression. I'd start with spark...

That's a 2.5 year old thread you responded to but thanks for playing.

I went back to look at the OP's post and you are correct but others responded & I never noticed the date on the OP's post.
But my point to the OP and others having the same problem is go carefully read the FSM prior to coming here to ask why their vehicle won't start with no spark.

Any new reader to this thread, having the same problem, may find ANY added info helpful, regardless of HOW long it was added, after the op posted, Talking
