I assume we are compaing 350z Track to G35 6MT...

They are almost the exact same car performance wise (Z is faster)....and as to which is "better", well, it depends on what you want out of your car.

My G35 is my daily driver, and frankly the interior of the Z was just plain not good enough for that. Plus now I get back seats, and all the other trimmings. Also exterior styling IMHO is better on the G. Do I need to mention Infiniti service over Nissan?

As for being a sports car? Well, what makes one a sports car, and one not, when they are essentially (where it counts) the same car? Makes no sense.

Oh, and if he has ever driven a 911 turbo, he would realize how amazing it really is (too small, lol, dead giveaway of him not having even seen one)

 

He's a moron...They are both sweet cars but in no way do I feel I overpaid...If anything I felt like I would have been overpaying for a Z...Anybody else have a feeling this kid is going to be buying the "base" 350z...Z over a Porsche LMAO!!!

i have driven porsche turbos. you cant compare it to a Z, but if u raced/draged one........ it would completely destroy it in 3rd gear, while a z could be in 5th on a quarter mile track. even thoguht, it is a porsche, Turbo..omg when u hit the throttle, wow, i couldent stop smileing. and when u hear the engine rev up OMG. the sound of heaven.

 

also i think the interior in the turbo is nicer.

 

The latest test on the 35th anniversay Z....shows it isn't any faster than the a G35.....The difference in the performance is the driver....

 

Both are very nice cars but for some reason I do agree on the Z being a bit juvenile
