Healthy engine compression?

Hello, guys!

Looks like I've got some coolant/oil mixture on the bottom of my oil cap, and smoke coming from behind my engine in the engine bay when gas pedal is pressed. Seems like a leaky/faulty head gasket to me.

That being said, I am in the market for a new/used engine. I was looking at one and it says the compression is 120 140 130 125 135 135. Is this good/healthy? I read that the highest and lowest shouldn't differ by more than 10.

Please advise; thanks so much!

10 PERCENT! Not just "10".

Difference on the specs you listed is 15% so that motor is no good.

Those numbers are terrible. Spec is 185 or so...

Cool deal. I did mean to put 10%, lol. I also did read that spec is around 185 too, but didn't know if age/wear would account for the difference and be considered "normal".

I will be passing on this one, thanks guys!
