Blown fuses?
A short caused by any electrical additions/mods?
Use your multimeter to trace point to point
Having a copy of the FSM would help you

The positive terminal battery cable has a device called a "fusible link". If you look closely at it the battery lug is a square-ish device and the battery CABLE bolts to this device with a large stud/nut on the top of it.

Disconnect the NEGATIVE WIRE FIRST ALWAYS. FIRST wire you remove, LAST wire you install.

Then you can safely disconnect the positive side and take the fusible link off, there are clear plastic inspection windows to visibly check the internal fuses to see if they are blown.

It helps if you remove the entire battery tray cover and not just the little snap on access hole cover.
