I would disconnect the battery and pump the brakes a few times to drain off any residual energy, wait 10min then plug the battery back in and see if the code goes away.
I'll give that a try tomorrow, spent half the day trying to figure out why the new sensor wouldn't work. Been almost a month since the problem started and it's really starting to stress me. Also could it be possible that the OBD scanner isn't detecting that the other camshaft position sensor or crankshaft sensor isn't working. Thanks for all the help.

No harm in trying a second OBD2 scanner, and since it's starting to stress you then you might consider paying Nissan/Infiniti for a 1 hour diagnostic to see what they find.

Alright 5 days passed and nothing changed. The only code I'm getting is p0340 and I have replaced the sensor twice. The first 2 times I started the car the SLIP, VDC, and SES lights did not go on, but on the third time all three lights came back. Any ideas on what I should do next? I know that the crankshaft sensor is located under the car, so could it be possible that my leaking oil pan gasket caused the sensor to stop working.

P0340 is the cam sensor code, not the crank sensor. Ring out the wires as I described in post 13.
