Anyone know of a 2003-2007 coupe AWD conversion?

Like the title suggests, I'm debating buying a couple of local G35, a V35 X sedan and a 5AT coupe and making a winter project for an AWD coupe which was never a factory option. Anyone have links to any threads where this was done?

Possibly also using a V36 AWD HR motor sedan as a donor, there's quite a few wrecked sedan donors locally and I have the option to pick up a clean 2004 coupe 5AT at a steal.

If anyone has any other comments to add I would appreciate the input before pulling the trigger on this project. I'm trying to keep structural welding to a minimum because it add so much TIME to a project. Custom length driveshafts is a non-issue. The intent would be to make a fully-functional daily driver type of vehicle, not cutting corners just to "make it work".

Partially because I think it would be awesome and the V35 platform never came with an AWD coupe option, partially because my wife wants her own G35 and neither of us like the V36 coupe and she needs AWD for winter use (because she's a terrible driver but I would never say that to her face). Partially because I couldn't find a a suitable rat rod platform at a decent price for this winter.

Again, looking for posts where this was ACTUALLY COMPLETED, I know there's plenty of speculation threads and such but I'm having a hard time finding anyone who actually made one.

This isn't going to be a fast car, the AWD would mostly be for the snow, for my wife. It would have minimal performance mods anyways and I'm not concerned about that aspect at all.

If I wanted her to have a fast car I'd just get a V8 Chevy, she's been in love with my G35 since we bought the thing and I think it would be a cool project for her.

That would be pretty cool to accomplish and the reason I don't drive my coupe in the winter, lol. I bought a 2015 BMW 328i XDrive recently after the power steering completely went out on my 2004 Audi Quattro. I'll probably fix that, but man I like driving the twin turbo around!

Yeah I got quite a bit of time behind a 335xi, they're definitely fun.
