Engine knocking, should I be concerned?

So today I was listening to my coupe and I noticed that it has this weird knocking noise. I’ve never had a bad engine and wouldn’t know much if this is the infamous rod knocking noise. I’ll attach a video and hopefully someone can help me out. Please and thank you!

Lets hear it. Hopefully its just the infamous heat shield rattle, and not your engine knocking.

Sounds like rod knock, did you run it low on oil?

Get a length of 3/8" fuel line or a mechanics stereoscope and listen to various areas of the engine. I think you will hear the most relevant noise coming from the crankshaft area as it's a pretty distinct know occurring indicating that a bearing is amiss. Along with a compression and leakdown test, I would drain the oil into a clean pan then pour it through a paint filter to see what you have sitting in the oil. Cutting the filter open can offer some clues too. If you see metal shaves and copper colored bits that is the bearing material going away.
