Engine noise help

So my car makes this noise in high rpms usually 5000-6000 and I can’t quite tell what it is or even how to describe it. It’s sort of a rattle but I don’t really know. I also don’t really know that much about cars so that’s probably why. I have a video of it but it’s very hard to hear. It’s most noticeable at then end of first gear. Any help is appreciated. I also don’t know why the video won’t attach so help there would also be appreciated.

It is either your heat shields on your exhaust tubing. Or your engine is detonating. I would stay out of that RPM range til u figure it out.
