Probably warped the head, these blocks are pretty stout. All it takes is one overheat to warp heads, at least you found where the problem is coming from though.

The previous owner overheated the engine enough to melt the knock sensor in the middle between the heads. so I'm not sure

Until you break the engine down there's no way to know if it's straight or not but a compression test and leakdown test can help determine if anything is REALLY wrong.

Exhaust gas checking the coolant can tell if it's pushing exhaust past the HG, coolant sucking into the HG shows up on plugs same with oil.

Sorry cleric missed your response I put new/used heads with the new headgaskets. Well I did a compression test early messages show the psi in each cylinder. Very low

It's possible that you have a leak or screwed up something replacing the headgasket but I would also be on the lookout for cracks between the cylinder wall and water jacket.

So funny story guys. I pulled my motor and hung it up. Drained the oil first couple seconds oil, then BAM coolant pouring out. Car ran fine without coolant but as soon as I introduced coolant to the block nada. So my question is how do I take the dang crankshaft pulley bolt off. Tried impact gun. air impact gun. Breaker bar. Nothing will break it loose.
