In the process of supercharging my 2003 V35 Skyline. Going with a V3 Vortech kit. Would like to do the GTM pulley mod but since GTM doesnt make them anymore, would someone know what the pulley's dimensions are? Diameter and width preferably.
Pretty sure i can find something similar online as a replacement.
I'd just call GTM, just because they don't have it listed doesn't mean it's not for sale.
It probably is for sale somewhere, but i cant find it online. I am in Australia, so most of my Google search results are geographically appropriate. Pretty sure they continue to sell this in the states.
If i could get the dimensions, I'd just buy a similar sized pulley here.
Also, cant find a website or contact information for GTM online. Lol. Easier to get dimensions and buy local i reckon. Its probably just a idler pulley, billet maybe.
The company name is GTM Performance Engineering. You should be able to find a phone number or business email, maybe contact through facebook or something.
Either way yeah it's going to be a lot easier to just find a local tuner, hot rod shop, or parts house and ask for recommendations. Just make sure the bearing is rated for that kind of rpm and side load. I would go with a larger diameter pulley than the one you posted a photo for because anything that's smaller like that will be turning at a higher rpm. Larger diameter pulley = lower rpm on the bearing.
I don't know exactly how much room there is on the SC bracket though, might be a clearance issue between the jackshaft pulley, the cam cover, and the underside of the hood. It might REQUIRE a smaller pulley like that.

Thanks a ton mate. Contacting them now.
There is a clearance issue with the timing cover and the new pulley to be installed. Has to placed just right or the belts rub on the cover. Thats what I've been told anyways.

You don't need to use the GTM version, it just has the most finished and 'factory-fit' appearance. I have a couple of antique Hondas and have always found the timing pulleys to work fantastic! They are wider so they stick out from the bracket further (this is the fit and finish I was mentioning with the GTM pulley), however they do fit right onto the bracket and work great! And as a side bonus these timing pulleys are slotted which allows them to be adjustable when installed which is always nice for adding a little bit of extra belt tension.
For reference, the pulleys in the picture are from a JDM Honda Beat engines, however, every 90s Honda (civic, integra, etc) use this same style of timing belt tensioner pulley so they should all work.

It would never be necessary. Ive run 25-26psi of boost on my 350z without problems. Adding these extra pulleys to assist grip take care of pretty much all belt issues. There are a couple other things that help like choosing the correct belt type/manufacturer, but getting all of those things correct is easier and much more cost effective than a full 8 rib setup
ive heard the gtm mod is just a oem Mitsubishi 60mm 6 ribbed idler pulley. I think anything around the 60mm mark will work as some people have used the ford focus idler pulley as it is similar to the one used by gtm.
