Question Speedometer Damaged?

Bought a new car & the speedometer starts at 10mph causing my speedometer to be off. Any way to reset/calibrate the cluster?
I recently swapped the rear VSS & I'm on stock profile tires. Thanks.

If it's consistently 10mph off through the entire range then someone probably removed the needle and didn't put it back on correctly.

Put the cluster into diagnostic mode and take a pic exactly where the needle lands.

You need to hold down the trip odometer button while in test mode so the needles all rise. Then take the picture.

EDIT: It's a fairly straightforward fix to reset the needles if someone did move them (EDIT: disassemble instrument cluster to get the front plastic cover off, plug it back in and then...), while it's in test mode and you have the trip button pressed you simply lift the needle off the stepper motor shaft then put it back on it the correct position. I'll try to get a picture uploaded later today of the correct position they should be in.
