Parked on side of hwy my vdc slip and brake lights are on in dash and if I try driving the brakes seem to apply eny that my brakes are about to start smoking I have to pull up on brake pedal to temp stop it then it applies pressure to brakes again what can I try here to Atleast drive to next town
Pull the ABS relay, it's in the engine compartment next to the brake master cylinder. Just remove these three harnesses (with the engine turned off) from it and the ABS system will be fully disabled. What's happening is your car is applying braking pressure to one (or more) of your wheels because it thinks you're spinning out and it's trying to correct the angle).
This will let you drive home with no VDC or ABS, the lights will be on in the instrument cluster but that's fine.
Then take the car down to a parts house that can scan chassis codes and find out what component failed, you might end up getting a 1 hour diagnostic at Nissan if your locals parts stores can pull any codes.
It helps to do a visual check first just to make sure you don't have an ABS sensor ripped off of one wheel.

thx I'll remember that I pulled code it was a c1155 fluid level mines not low and brake pads are good. I searched around on here figured out how to adjust switches on brake pedal. I adjusted them and I was golden well somewhat anyhow. It drives fine now but it's either brake lights on dash lights off or brake lights off dash lights on. If I start car and barely push brake my vdc and slip don't come on again and brake lights are fine but the brake light stays on dash. I'm guessing the master or level switch on it is not good. I opened master up pulled screen and the float in there goes up and down if that is a float idk lol

Yes there is a level float but that won't cause actuation of the VDC system and make it grab the brakes automatically, that's something telling the car you have spun out and it's trying to correct your spin. It turns on the ABS motor to generate fluid pressure then the solenoids inside the brake VDC actuator open to whatever wheel it thinks needs to be controlled which causes the brakes to clamp on that corner. It's a pre-programmed algorithm for which tires need braking force applied to it. You can turn that system off by pressing the VDC switch down by the instrument cluster dimmer.
If it was an AWD (coupe never came awd) then it could be a couple other things.
I'm still thinking a wheel speed sensor is either failing or damaged.
