I'm having problems with my driver seat not wanting to recline back or forward. The middle two of the buttons on the seat stopped working and cant fold down the seat to allow passengers in the back. My front passenger seat is fine. When ever I pull the lever either from the side or back of the seat, nothing happens. Any advice on how to fix those issues?
Personally I would take the seat out to better access the motor harnesses, unplug and see if they're getting voltage when you hit the switch, if they are it's the motor, if not it's the switch.
The quick release handle to access the rear seat though is just a.mechanical pawl, take off the plastic cover and see what's wrong. I think it's a short cable linkage.
I took the cover off and I’m not sure what to look for. When ever I pull the lever, it sounds different from the passenger seat lever that works as if it’s not hooking onto something? There’s still tension on the cable. Is there any diagram to show where the cable leads to?

Section SE - Seats has disassembly, just make sure to disconnect your battery before diving into it too deeply because there are airbags IN THE SEAT.
I suspect when you take the seatback off you will have access to all the walk-in linkages and stuff, I've never torn one of these apart though to look. You might also be able to just see everything from under the seat since it's usually a pawl at the bottom of the seat.
