Hello, I recently bought a '05 manual coupe and am working on restoring what I can. I ordered a new shift boot for the V35 chassis, which is what this car is supposed to have according to the year and model, however, I found that the retaining ring beneath the shift boot is different from all of the V35 chassis's I've seen online. The main difference I'm seeing is the amount of screws holding it in and it's shape, My trim piece (on the blue box) has only 5 screws and the shift boot I ordered would not fit on it. I cannot seem to figure out why this one is different, which I need to do in order to buy the right replacement shift boot. If anyone knows the difference and can help me out here, that would be great. Thank you (The last picture is of a trim piece I found on ebay listed as a V35 chassis for comparison)
