136...very solid at that speed. Straight smooth highway. Only fear was CHP! You may ask why 136? Cause my buddy did 135 in his sedan and I wanted to top it.

Don't worry, the cars stable at this speed, just avoid major bumps or dips.

I don't need to defend myself. At least I have a picture to show for this... and thats much more than I've seen anyone else provide. I just joined this board the other day and from this post and others, there seems to be a lot of flamers on here.
prelude ludes bro, had a SH my self

Fastest top speed I've done in my G is 140. The zero-lift diffusers and spoiler are surprisingly stable at that speed.

As for the fastest I've ever been, well that would be 180. My Dad had a twin turbo Viper with 1000+ hp. That thing shot from 100 to 180 like a bat outta hell. And it was pulling like crazy when I let off. That was some crazy sh^*. I could have easily hit 200. But I was on 680 in the Bay Area in CA so, that wasn't a good idea!

Same thing almost happended to me.... I was doing 135 or so on a slight bend on the freeway. A hump in the freeway caused me to loose traction and drift two lanes over to the right. It was a scary feelin, won't do that again, atleast not on a bend. Although I smoked the Acura who was racing me. I know, I know... don't Street race.... yah yah...

I'm afraid your math ScapGF is not accurate as well, lets not criticize people when you yourself can't do the math. First of all, it’s not math, it physics. You might be right if bmpnride was going 135 in a parking lot. Now in California most people do not park on the freeway, they usually go 65 or in this case with light traffic probably 70-75. Now if all cars are moving and if CAR1 (bmpnride) is going 135 + factor in his acceleration and CAR2 (innocent bystander) is going 70 + factor in constant acceleration… the actual time it would take to catch cars would be, I’m guessing, 8 seconds or so. Now that’s considerably more time then just 3 seconds.

Now you’ve done it…. You made me wanna get my physics book out and find the formula for this equation. Damn things probably covered in cobwebs. I’ll get back to you guys on the right answer once I get home.
