I would do a search on the web for your state's used car disclosure laws. Usually if your car has been wrecked and the damage exceeds a certain dollar amount, you are required by law to tell the buyer about it.

This definately the best option, no matter what they compensate you for, your car will still remain with that accident stain.. even if they cover it up good, you will still know that it has been in an accident. Take advantage of this and get that 05
