ECU Reset

I have on 04 G35 Coupe and I have about 5000 miles on her.

I'm wondering what an ECU reset does and if it would do anything for my car with 5000 miles on it?

I'd appreciate anyones advice who's done it so far and what it does for my G.

why would you reset the ECU? the ECU is self learning. So, unless you have done lots of mods, the you do not need to reset it.
