Can't believe I'm saying this...

but I think I'm over of the G.

Not that it's a bad car by any means but I'm starting to see too many on the road now, there's not enuff power, I'm over spending $$$ on mods that get me little to no gains & I don't want to boost it & risk blowing the motor.
I want an all wheel drive car that hauls a$$ & is reliable when you drive it off the lot. So I've narrowed it down & I'm gonna look at an 05 S4 tomorrow...all wheel drive 340hp V8. I live in the Nothern VA area so I'm dependent on my 4Runner in the winter & I want to just have one car to lower my insurance. Plus I can get 4.5% off MSRP w/ my Audi Supplier discount. Again let me stress, the G is a beautiful, well built car...I just think I've out grown it.

I can understand the appeal of the S4, but it's funny that you mention reliable since you want to go from the #3 reliable manufacturer to #23:

Too bad for you.

If I we're going to drop $50K on a sedan, I know which one I'd buy. Starts with an M and ends with a 45. AWD be ****** LOL!

Not impressed with the S4, but to each their own.

Is the Buick up there because they can't even sell 100 cars?

go for the S4.. awesome cars and not as common as the g35's these days. you won't see as many 18 year old kids driving S4's that's for sure.

lower the S4 and slap some 19's on it and you are set.

Good luck with the Audi; mine almost drove me to drinking, I wish you better luck; you may need it.

I had terrible reliability problems with my Audi A4 Quattro and was happy to dump it for my previous car the I30 (which in 6 years never failed me). The dealer service was very bad. A friend had trouble with his AllRoad (he drove it very little also)-the adjustable suspension failed and it took 1 month in the shop to get it fixed. All four tires had blebs and the dealer said too bad. He was thrilled when the lease ended.

But don't let me influence you! Good luck!

The S4 is awesome... can't go wrong with a 340hp V8 and all wheel drive... I'd love an S4, but the G shall do for now. Let us know how it goes.
