I did a search for "flames" and chose 'search titles only'. only 3 results. here's one:

If you don't want to get flamed (no pun intended), I would recommend not asking about that on the forum. The above thread does have some info for you though.

Usually, in a non fuel injected car, you can just run the mixture really rich, mount a spark plug in the tail pipe with a separate ignition coil connected to it and when you want to make flames just hit the button for the second ignition coil.

Wouldnt expect it to work in a fuel injected car without having a separate fuel injector in the tailpipeor something, but that sounds dangerous! heh

My RX-7 does it! When you lift from full throttle you hear pop-pop-pop as the flames go out the tailpipe!
