Help me decide!!!

Heres the deal

i got two potential buys

2004 AT
brilliant silver on black
fully loaded except nav
6000 miles
$30,000 (he's pretty firm on this)

or

2004 AT
black on black
fully loaded except nav
24.5 miles
$28,000 (possibility of even going down to 27.5k)

so theres a $2500 price difference and a 18k mile difference. should i just pay more and get the silver one? i dont care bout he color either way. id be happy with black or silver although im leaning more towards the silver. i plan on keeping this car for more than 7 years. what would you guys do? i know its my decision but i just need some advice.

also the guy told me the 04 coupe only comes in two models. sport edition and regular. the regular which he has comes with all season tires and its good in snow. the sport edition handles bad in snow and the tires wear out quicker. is this true? the factory tires for regular is all season tires?

one last question. How do i know if its a late model 04.5 model. What date do i go by?

thanks

how much in dollars does 18,500 miles come out to?

how much cheaper should a 24,500 mile car be from a 6000 mile car? $3000?
