Got an 05 loaner today........

My first encounter driving an 05 G (sedan) and overall I am really impressed! Not as fast as my coupe, but it is an auto. LOVE the "rev match" downshift feature, interior materials are MUCH better and the real aluminum is a welcome addition. I also welcome the lighted steering control buttons. This car does not have ONE single rattle, it only has 1000 miles on the ODO, but it seems much more solid inside than my 03.5 coupe. Not a huge sedan fan (no offense to sedan owners at all!), but I really like what they have done with the 05's. The smart key is cool too!

I know everyone has been ranting about the new guages, but IMO they are not all that I expected them to be................nice though.

Just wanted to add my .02 on the new interior, I like it and sure wish my coupe had a bunch of the new additions. Just like every thing else in life, they get better and better!

I really LOVE my coupe though and would not trade it at this point for an '05! Cheers

not me...I got an 04 just because I liked the interior better. I dont like the new flashy dash. stuff....and the 04 seemed to run better...but I am sure that's cause the 05 had 22 miles on it.

I did like the power tilt though...that was cool.

So what is the keyless entry thing the 05's dont have? that doens't make sense. surley you don't have to use a key?

I don't care for it starting the engine, but unlocking the doors with the touch of a door handle would be really nice.

You brought in a coupe and got a sedan loaner? Don't you get the same car when you bring in your car?

NEW TRANNY (second one)! Got it back today and am VERY stoked not to have gears grinding all over the place! It is so much quieter and smoother, I almost cannot believe it!
