Does anyone have any knowledge of how well Blitz SUS filters air? I read somewhere that their stainless steel mesh filter does not filter as well as cotton/foam based filters. I'd hate to suck up lots of dirty air just to gain 5hp. I wonder how well all these aftermarket high flow intakes clean air?

July 03 turbo mag has dyno chart for blitz SUS on 350Z. 5.7hp and 3.1 lb-ft torque gain. The blitz mesh is 200 and 150 micron filter. Kool blue filter kit claims 2.8 micron particle filtering.

More dirt = more wear on engine and frequent oil changes?
