Faulty Windows Revisited
Faulty Windows Revisited
Well my window's messing up on my passenger side. It jus won't go up sometimes unless I slam the door close. So I understand this should be under warranty, but theirs a problem. I've put Dynamat on my doors, so can they deny warranty because of this???
You should be fine. Take it in and get your window repaired.
I could see the dealership giving you crap if you did something radical to your doors (i.e. Scissor doors. custom door panels, etc.), but you should be fine.

I had the same problem with my drivers side window. It turned out to be a faulty window motor and the dealership replaced it under warranty... it was a pain to diagnose though (because the problem was intermittent).
Lots of people are having the same issues.
The dealer**** may give you crap about the dynamat but you should be able to fight it and be fine (fight it nicely though, dont burst out in anger)

Hurry up and get it done, i had the same thing in my passenger door and it somehow screwed up the regulator. I had to wait about 2 weeks to get the regulator since it was backordered
